Cool G asked:
I’m interested in taking a home-study (preferably an online or web based) course in interior decorating or design and I’ve narrowed it down to three but I don’t know which one to pick! one is offered by Penn Foster (www.pennfoster.edu/decorator/index.html), one by PCDI (www.pcdi.com/courses/hh/index.html) and the other one by Sheffield School of Interior design (www.shefield.edu). They are very similar and I’m trying to get a course that would actually teach me something about decorating and I’m afraid that I’ll pay the money and end up with a gimmiky heap of rubbish!! I’m not very much concerned with accreditation as I live outside the US and I don’t think I’ll be looking for a job there as a decorator. I want a course that would be informative, fun and challanging while teaching me some worthwhile principles of interior decorating/design.
If anyone has any idea about these courses, I would love to hear thier feedback on this.
Sandra
